Be YOU!

It's my busiest day and usually I don't get to post until after 10pm.  I'm sneaking this one in early today!!!
I really like the card I made today.  It looks more elegant than I had thought it would.  I think embossing helps give it that look.

I used the sketch from Flutterby Wednesday.  The dp is KaiserCraft Gypsy Sisters and it is really a cool pad!  I stamped the image (Unity) with VersaMark and used Stamp n' Stuff jeweled gold embossing powder.  MFT fishtail dies were used for the banner.  I used DCWV gold glitter paper to mount both the butterfly and sentiment.

I am also entering the following challenges:

Vintage Stamping Challenge - Wings and things
Come and Get It - Things with wings
Stamping Sensations - Wings and things and a touch of vintage

Thanks for stopping by.
I'll be back with a DT Challenge card for Aud Sentiments tomorrow!!!

  4. This is a stunning and very elegant card. I love the blue against the dark pink and the gold adds just the right touch to give it the WOW! Remember how we used to emboss EVERYTHING? Beautiful design....the paper is awesome.
