A Dog's Kiss

What a beautiful spring day we had.  Now rain is on the way.  I am not unhappy about that though, because without the rain, the beauty of spring could not be enjoyed.

My card tonight utilizes a digi image from Mo Manning.  I think this is one of the sweetest images I own.

I used the sketch at Digi Sketch Challenge, along with Authentique Journal Collection dp and DCWV cs.  I colored the image with Copics and Spicas, then cut it out and mounted it using my Nesties.  The sentiment is from my stash - it's unmounted rubber so I don't have a clue where it came from, but it works perfectly with this image.  I popped it out with EK punches and mounted it with 3M foam tape.

I am also entering the following challenges:

The Paper Shelter - For the boys
Paper Make Up Stamps - Animal friends
Eureka Stamps - Animal Catwalk

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I saw this come through as I was working...I LOVE LOVE LOVE this card. Not only is the image adorable (I haven't seen this one!, the sentiment is just perfect (I'll need to create this on the computer!), but the colors are FAB. I always get inspired by what you piece together...never would have thought to put grey as the foundation...and yet it's absolutely PERFECT. Like a grey wall with colorful accents! I like the template too...need to add this one to my collection!
