Large Doily

What a busy day I have had.  It's 10:32 and I am just getting homee.  Geena Bea had agility class tonight and we had some really tough courses.  I was really proud of how she worked.  She is the baby of this advanced class, so sometimes what we do is beyond her scope, but she managed to keep up.  Yea for Geena Bea!

Tonight I have a card for the Flower Show CASE challenge at Waltzingmouse.  I CASEd Anne-Elise's card.
I used the Large Doily WMS, stamping the images with Versafine Sepia.  I cut out 2 of the images and mounted them on 3M foam tape and added Swarovski crystals all around.  I mounted the large image of brown cs, another layer of cream cs and finally, another layer of brown cs.  I used Spellbinders Parisian corners.  I think it turned out pretty cool.  It would be suitable for either gender and would look fabulous in a frame!  I love the look of mandalas!

I am also entering the following challenges:

Cupcake Craft Challenges - monochromatic
Crafty Sentiments - monochromatic

Thanks for stopping by.
Hope you enjoy!

  12. I thought I already posted my comment--I remember when this came through...OH MY! This has got to be one of my favorite cards that you have made. It is so elegant...and reminds me of our Mandala days, though this seems simpler. SO beautiful...I love it. I hope I get one like this one day. :) It has some really lovely special touches, like the neutrals and the ornate corners.
