Your Kindness

Tuesday is one of the busiest days of the week for me.  I work a full day then take my dog to an agility class that is 35 miles one-way from my country home.  It takes me almost an hour to get there.  So there goes about 3.5 hours with that one activity.  So my time in my art room is limited on Tuesdays unless I get very inspired and stay up late! HA!

My card today uses lots of "old" stuff.  Everything on the card has been in my stash for, um, forever???  Well, not forever, but for a very long time.  Only the white paper is fairly recent, because I use white cardstock most every day!  The newest thing is the MFT border die that I bought last month.  Besides that and the paper, everything else is years old.   I used the sketch from Deconstructing Jen and will also be entering it into the DYSU challenge, the My Craft Spot Challenge (birds), the Allsorts Challenge of things with wings, Sentimental Sundays (words of encouragement) and The Pink Elephant challenge (3 layers).

So here it is...the bird is a 2008 Stampabilities and the sentiment is 2002 SU!  The dp and cardstock have been in my stash.  I added a Swarovski crystal for the bird's eye and I used my Bow-Easy to tie the pretty bow.  Don't ask me where the ribbon came from...I found it in a drawer!

Here is a picture of Geena Bea at our most recent competition in Mississippi last month.

She is taking one of the jumps while we were running our course.  She loves doing agility, but she's a bad sport when it comes to having to wait her turn.  She's a little diva...thinks it's all about her and she is the only one that should get to play!  Boy, does she have a lot to learn!

Until next time, Happy Stamping!
